koggala airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car. the staff were very amiable and provided help.

Came here for 5 nights with my family, had a very pleasant stay. The staff and the owner were all amiable and helpful. I had the triple room which was extremely pleasant with balcony.

The location was perfect - just a short walk to the stunning Mirissa Beach where we had a blast snorkeling and windsurfing. The friendly staff made sure we had a great time, and the homemade breakfasts were so delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

If there's one thing we wished for, it would be a livelier atmosphere for young party-goers like us. While the location was peaceful and serene, we missed having some fun events or parties organized by the hotel.

Had a fantastic xmas at this guest house! the bed was super comfy with a mosquito net and the room had A/C and a ceiling fan. Strong WIFI and a shared fridge were available, and the towels provided were clean. the location was key, just a short 5-minute stroll to the beach and restaurants. the friendly owners made a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, and I even had some lovely animal companions on the terrace. a great stay!

To note. the wifi signal was a bit variable, but it wasn't a big problem for me.

The property itself is well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable, with both a small balcony and a larger one for exclusive use. The included breakfast was generous and delicious, and the wifi was reliable. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
